Ingredients (6 Servings):

  • 1.0 frozen 9 inch pie shell
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cups skim milk
  • 3.0 egg, beaten
  • 6 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Lbs. fat-free Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6.0 slice cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cups onion\cooked, chopped
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

Cooking Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Saute onion 5 minutes.
  • Transfer onion and next 3 ingredients to a bowl. Combine eggs, milk, and nutmeg in another bowl.
  • Season with salt to taste and stir in onion mixture.
  • Pour into pie shell and bake 25-35 minutes, or until center is set.>6 pans
